Finally, for each group you can set either default texts to be associated with the jotBar (title, link, text title etc.) or a 301 redirect for each associated URL (see jotBar).

The jotBar is a feature dedicated to Enterprise accounts and lets them customize their links.
It’s a bar that appears at the top of the web page, containing your logo, a title, two texts (one of them may be a survey, a list of questions, or anything else) with their relative titles, some links, a feedback, etc.

Among its applications:

• in school books in order to associate a certain content with an abstract and/or some questions
• for quick marketing surveys associated with your links
• the list goes on ...

In case of a link to a video posted on a sharing site such as YouTube, Google, Vimeo etc., the bar will be incorporated in the page. In the other cases (if the embedding is not permitted by the owner of the contents), the bar will appear together with a link in the middle which opens the page in a new window or tab.
If you don’t want to use the jotBar, a (permanent) 301 redirect will be created. This is also the only system that can be used by website promoters.

The creation and management of users is a feature dedicated to Enterprise members.
Our backend allows simple, yet powerful management of accounts, user roles and rights, domains, root domain redirects, and exports of all your data.
jotURL gives you the ability to define multiple users, with different access rights, so everyone in your company or department can have their own account.

Members can manage an unlimited number of users in a hierarchical way according to the following rules:

• Each account can generate an unlimited number of "sub-accounts". Each sub-account can generate an unlimited number of "sub-sub-account" and so on until 10th level sub-accounts.
• Each account can generate an unlimited number of URL groups
• The parent account can see its own groups, as well as the groups of its sub-accounts, sub-sub-accounts and so on.
• The parent account can associate a sub-account with groups that the sub-account would not be able to see otherwise (e.g., one of its own groups).

Customized domains are at the moment dedicated to Enterprise accounts, who can register and associate one or more own short domains with their brands.

Three domains (e.g., mybrand.ext) are included and can be used by Enterprise members.

Each registered own domain will be used only for jotURL’s service.
All the URLs within the chosen domain are available.
